Get to know the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to take full responsibility for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, having the opportunity to translate business requirements into software designs and implementations. You will get an opportunity to have a huge impact on developing maintainable and reusable systems by adopting best engineering practices.

The Day-to-Day Activities:

• Work closely with different teams in order to bring major contributions to a wide range of projects

• Collaborate with product and experience teams to define and prototype feature specifications.

• Contributing to some open source projects using a wide variety of programming languages.

• Using cross-platform game engines (Unity) in order to prototype various applications.

• Engage in service capacity and demand planning, software performance analysis, tuning, and optimization.

• Coordinate with stakeholders from Product, Design, Finance, and other teams to translate business requirements into software designs and implementations.

• Take ownership and responsibility of components and modules.

The Must-Haves:

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering

• Experience with Javascript programming language

• Experience with HTML programming language 

• Good understanding of modern web frameworks

• Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or Ruby

The Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with iOS development

• Experience with Android development

• Knowledge and experience with Software Design patterns

• Knowledge and experience with Application Integration patterns

• Knowledge of cloud technologies and experience with developing and deploying services on the cloud
