CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

• University degree or technical studies
• Experience on the same position – is an advantage
• Romanian language is mandatory, English language – intermediate level
• Good computer skills, including the use of MS Office
• Availability to work in shifts
• Communication and relationship skills, responsibility, initiative, and dynamism

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for transport organization: placement of transport orders, transporter supervision, coordination of transport periods and delivery schedule
• Manages export documentation for invoicing, according with national custom legislation and international freight traffic rules
• Inspects preliminary documents for import in order to correspond with national custom legislation requirements
• Inform supplier or beneficiary about delivery requirements
• Inform collaborators about document processing time
