CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree
• Romanian, English language - mandatory
• Experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office package
• Communication and relationship skills, responsibility, initiative, and dynamism

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares the recruitment materials and posts the job adds to the appropriate advertising channels – internal and/or external
• Is responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases and social media channels
• Is responsible for internal and external interview planning 
• Screens candidates resumes and job applications, assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Conducts interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
