• Experience in harness production is an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP or similar programs
• Advanced knowledge of Romanian and English language
• Professional/ technical studies
• Advanced command of MS Office package
• Flexibility and responsibility
• Organizational skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead of industrialization projects with focus on time and cost targets along the global industrialization process
• Select an optimal production concept that supports an efficient operations process along the whole product lifecycle
• Manage launch process and handover to production
• Handles line balancing in the production area
• Creates equipment operating methods
• Coordinates the install and the start-up of the new equipment in the production area
