CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

  • Experience in logistics domain in Automotive industry
  • Experience on management position
  • English Language (German Language is an advantage)
  • Good MS Office Knowledge
  • Communication and relationship skills, responsibility, initiative, and dynamism

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Is responsible for customer’s demands continuous follow up on item level in short, mid and long – term perspective (performs EDI errors processing): to negotiate with customer delivery dates, where it is a case; to be the main contact person between production plant and customer material disposition
  • In case of customer demand fluctuation is responsible: to get in contact with customer material disposition in order to clarify a root cause of demand fluctuation
  • Inform plant production planning and procurement about fluctuation
  • In case of significant positive/ negative deviation there is a negative impact on plant revenue due to volumes decrease / are needed extra resources in order to cover additional customer demands inform Key Account Manager
  • Inform customer after alignment with plant operational team and Key Account Manager
