Specialist Transfer Pricing Compliance

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the implementation of BEPS-compliant Transfer Price (TP) systems, as well as preparation and filing of related TP documents
• Continuous global monitoring of deadlines and filing obligations according to statutory law and OECD requirements
• Analyzing and calculating tax additions, . because of unbilled recharges
• Assisting in the development and roll-out of intercompany agreements that supports transfer pricing transactions and provide multinational guidance on their implementation
• Training of Freudenberg Group employees in Transfer Price governance related topics, like TP documentation or intercompany agreements
• Assisting in the purchase of benchmark-studies, especially with their quality review as well as preparation of license benchmark-studies with RoyaltyStat or ktMINE
• Ad-hoc support to Freudenberg Group's Senior Manager Transfer Pricing Compliance and Director Transfer Pricing and Global Tax Processes

Qualifications

• University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Tax Law
• At least three years relevant work experience in a transfer pricing role either with a large multinational group or an established tax consultancy firm
• A qualification in international tax and a good knowledge of TP regulations and mechanisms
• Excellent English language skills, any additional language will be a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Knowledge of TP systems (. PwC globalDoc) as well as database-solutions will be an advantage
• Strong communication skills, ability to explain complex topics clearly and simply with intercultural sensitivity to TP non-experts
• Commitment to process improvement through technology, with the ability to use own initiative and work independently
• Responsibility and ability to work on complex projects and prioritize to ensure that deadlines are met
• High level of personal integrity and comfortable dealing with ambiguity – capable in balancing good governance and high quality service level
