Purchasing Support Specialist with German

Responsibilities:

• Invoice verification from a purchasing perspective;
• Maintaining databases (own database and external, register of guarantees of origin, EAU account);
• Support in regular reporting;
• Support in the preparation of presentations;
• Further development of digitized processes;
• Processing of user requests related to our global eProcurement platform;
• Master data maintenance;
• Processing of systemic error messages;
• Content management (maintenance and design of catalog data);
• Integration of new suppliers;
• Continuous improvement of service quality and efficiency for all support activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial field;
• Fluent in German and medium English language skills;
• MS Office medium knowledge skills (Excel, Word, Outlook);
• General procedural understanding of an ERP system;
• SAP knowledge is an advantage;
• Affinity for data and processes;
• Strong communication skills;
• Customer oriented;
• Willingness to travel;
• Ability to work in a team and reliability;
• Independent and self-reliant way of working.
