Cross Services Specialist with German

Responsibilities:

• Invoicing and complaint processing for Freudenberg entities;
• Maintenance of the relevant master data (vendors, debitors, materials, etc.) according to the process specifications for all corporate entities;
• Creation of periodic collective receipts and dispatch to customers / carrier;
• Processing of incoming customer-specific receipts & carrier certificates;
• Monitoring, ensuring completeness and dunning process for the missing receipts;
• Support for ongoing process optimization.

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial, economical or business administration studies;
• Several years of professional experience in the field of accounting;
• User knowledge in the field of SAP (SD, FI, MM) would be an advantage;
• Knowledge of MS Office;
• Good knowledge of written and spoken German, knowledge of English;
• Analytical Thinking;
• Accuracy and sustainability in the execution of tasks;
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to take on responsibility;
• Openness to change;
• Customer orientation.
