Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the recruitment and selection for open positions, following the entire life-cycle of the recruitment process;
  • Advertise open positions on all relevant channels, actively search candidates (through strategic sourcing, cold calling, networking, social media), conduct selection interviews, provide feedback to candidates;
  • Participate in job fairs and promote actively the employer brand on the market
  • Develop pool of internal and external talents, by good networking relationships within the community and the company to ensure a strong recruitment pipeline;
  • CV screening and selection, identifying the best suitable candidates that match the job description and company values;
  • Monitors the job market and prepares analyses and summaries of the main job market trends
  • Reports on a regular basis about the recruitment process status and keeps in touch with the stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;
  • Over 3 years of recruitment experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role in a fast-growing environment;
  • Advanced technical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • Excellent English language skills, German would be an advantage;
  • Ability to interact with different stakeholders and to recruit candidates with different level of expertise and seniority
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Hands-on mentality and personal accountability;
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to ensure a very good candidate experience with a focus on finding the right candidates;
  • Solid understanding of the recruitment process, being able to drive results and to take decision in the defined area of responsibilities.
