Accounts Payable Specialist with French

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist with French to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and managing all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely payments to vendors. The Accounts Payable Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining strong vendor relationships and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

•         Processing NON PO/PO Invoices;
•         Enter time-sensitive Utility invoices and research any past due amounts to ensure for current accounts;
•         Respond to and resolve exceptions and inquiries from employees regarding travel related expenses including senior executive team by email and phone;
•         Purchase orders - follow up;
•         Vendor Master Maintenance 
•      To ensure SLA targets are achieved
•         T&E - audit and employee support for travel expenses;
•         Month-end responsibilities include ensuring that all invoices are processed by month-end;
•         Ability to comprehend complex information quickly & respond with clear solutions.

Qualifications

•         Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus;
•         Fluency in English and French is essential; 
•         Prior experience in Accounts Payable functions, including Vendor Maintenance, Invoice Processing, Exception handling, Payments & reporting activities of the Accounts Payable Processing NON PO/PO Invoices;
•         Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
•         Ability to give attention to detail and accuracy;
•         Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
