In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customs brokers and coordinating daily export activities for air, road, and sea transportation, in line with company policies and applicable regulations. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Coordinate daily export activities and act as the main point of contact with customs brokers
• Maintain and develop relationships with carriers and customs brokers
• Coordinate logistics activities for air, road, and sea transportation of goods
• Monitor, verify, and optimize transport orders, setting priorities based on delivery deadlines and informing stakeholders on delivery status
• Act as an internal reference for export delivery activities, including related transport
• Work closely with customer order administrators, shipping responsible and customer relationship managers
• Ensure all transactions are monitored, properly recorded, and archived in line with international trade rules, company policies, and procedures
• Apply general knowledge of international trade regulations and adheres to established policies and processes
• Resolve issues related to customs documentation and escalates trade-related questions to the International Trade responsible (ITC Gatekeeper) when needed
• Ensure compliance with Emerson regulations, local policies, and applicable US, EU, and Romanian legislation

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Secondary or higher education.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word/Excel/Power Point) and general computer use.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of commercial transactions.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Knowledge/previous experience in working with customs and organizing transportation (advantage).
