As an After Sales Representative with German, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional commercial services to AFAG customers. Your mission is to ensure smooth handling of complaints, product returns and related processes while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. You create teamwork allowing others across the organization to achieve shared objectives. You adjust communication to fit the audience and the message. You deal constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes.
For This Role, You Will Need:
University degree in technical or business administration fields
2–3 years of commercial experience (technical support, customer support, price offers, after-sales)
Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
Good knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems, Internet
Customer-oriented attitude; good communication skills
Observational skills, attention to detail, proactive attitude
Ability to adapt to change and flexibility in task approach
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
