As a Lead Intelligent Automation you will be responsible for providing Intelligent Automation solutions and support in a challenging and fast paced environment, gaining valued experience across a whole host of different technologies and data. This role will support, develop, and roll out Intelligent Automation & Robotic Process Automations working with current and future business systems and platforms.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Define and design implementation and enhancement of Intelligent Automation solutions which benefit Cost, Cycle time and quality;
• Recommend and deliver solutions within a controlled IA (Intelligence Automation) operating and governance change management framework to ensure all system wide implications are considered;
• Independently deliver and develop IA Projects and automation processes utilizing available software;
• Maintain and Develop the IA Project and Change Control tools, such as SharePoint, Candidate Master and Artifacts (including user documentation, departmental procedures and work instructions) and continually look for improvements to existing processes and procedures internally and elsewhere in the business;
• Respond to requests and troubleshoot issues raised through the MSol IA support framework and ensure they are effectively managed and resolved.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field;
• Relevant work experience with with one or more Intelligent Automation Technologies such as Power Query, Office 365, Power Automate, Power App, Robocorop, Intelligent Document Processing;
• To operate independently and in a team, and establish effective working relationships;
• English proficiency (written/read/verbal).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

• Knowledge of Oracle, CRM or other ERP system;
• Good understanding of the Development Lifecycle and change control;
• Understanding of Business Analysis and Project Management (Agile) would be an advantage.
