In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Establish the recruitment sources and search for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media and employee referrals.
• Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
• Represent the company at job fairs.
• Keeping in touch with cross-business HR contacts.
• Prepare recruitment statistics and feedback according to business need.
• Posting advertisements, sourcing and screening CVs, scheduling interviews, delivering feedbacks to candidates.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• University Degree.
• Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills with a high work standards and attention to detail.
• 0.3 -1 years of relevant HR experience.
• Flexible and adaptable to change, able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring a high work standard and attention to detail.
• Strong technical aptitude with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent level of French and English.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• University degree in Human Resources.
• French language.
• Experience in a multinational environment.
