Business and Financial Analyst

This role will be responsible for providing various finance activities for the Measurement manufacturing location in Cluj-Napoca. This will include, but won’t be limited to, financial analysis activities of a lower complexity, support on costing activities, submission of various reports to assist the management team meeting the plant objectives. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Prepare the headcount reporting for the plant, both Actuals and POR/Budget
• Analyze actual headcount costs and prepare total future headcount cost estimates for POR/Budget purposes
• Analyze monthly sales, bookings and backlog evolution, by product group and source
• Analyze product profitability, identify & report to higher management any possible profitability issues at product level
• Analyze operational cost's evolution, monthly and by comparison to the POR/Budget.
• Provide support for internal & external audit, transfer price documentation
• You will be part of the improvement in execution and automatization of reports used.
• Active participation in month end close routines, ensuring month end results are met in an accurate and timely manor
• Assist in the preparation of Financial Presentations & Exhibits by FP&A Manager or other members of the plant management team
• Communicate successfully with direct management, finance and operational personnel
• Provision of management and analytical information to operations, senior management and other partners, as required.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Relevant university degree in accounting, finance or economics
• 2-3 year work experience in the finance field
• Good level of English
