The position holder is responsible for supervising the project documentation team on a daily basis. They are directly accountable for the performance of the documentation team, assuming full responsibility for the documentation produced and delivered by the team under their direct supervision, in terms of speed and quality. They act as the primary point of contact for project documentation management activities within the designated team, in front of the European structure (sales offices, factories, Pressure Management leadership). They take initiative and have responsibility for the development, satisfaction, and retention of employees in the team. They manage all documentation for complex projects, ensuring timely fulfillment of customer documentation requirements.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:


•   Acting as the primary point of contact and first level of customer concern for internal and external clients.
•   Ensuring accurate planning of the team's daily activities by handling workload, backup planning, and available capacity to ensure          timely completion of activities.
•   Establishing and leading employee objectives in line with the European strategic plan.
•   Understanding and engaging in implementing strategy-related projects to enhance our customers' experience.
•   Defining and implementing a development plan for employees, considering business and individual needs, and proposes position          and/or salary changes, if applicable
•   Participating in meetings with clients to validate documentation requirements and ensure appropriate documentation delivery.
•   Analyzing clients' project requirements and establishing the document list, ensuring connection with suppliers, factories, sales             offices to ensure customer requirements and quality standards are met.

For This Role, You Will Need:
•   Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
•   Minimum 1 year in a leadership position;
•   Minimum  2 years of relevant experience in a Business Administration or Customer Relations role;


Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 
•   Previous experience in Continuous Improvement is an advantage;
•   Ability to handle increased complexity;
