IT Service Delivery Specialist

We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Specialist to join the EMEA Enterprise IT Team. In this position you will support the IT and Telecommunications Infrastructure for the specified Area/sites ensuring the utilization of Hardware, Software and Communication Systems are consistent with the Global IT strategy.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Support the appropriate level of service for a centrally provided and maintained IT Infrastructure for: server, clients, printers and other standardized peripherals, data communication (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN access and required components), voice communication (local and remote);
• Support and maintain the IT Infrastructure asset management – including hardware lifecycle management and software licensing;
• Manage system and data access in collaboration with Service Desk;
• Update and maintain relevant IT documentation;
• Ensure optimum support for end-users at all times within agreed service levels.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• University degree in Information Technology or a related field;
• Relevant experience within a complex environment, offering support on IT infrastructure;
• Working experience with Windows OS 10, IP networking administration services, security and compliance tools;
• English language proficiency (written and spoken).
