In this position you will coordinate the activities of the Cluj Repair team (Repair Order Administrators and Repair technicians), their daily activities effectively, to improve customer satisfaction by ensuring a faster and professional handling of Emerson products that are returned to the factory for the purpose of guarantee, examination, repair, modification.

You will have to ensure the repair orders are accurately registered, released and managed within repair department, while working with a wide range of customer teams in order to provide support to customers and the business in general related to repair activities.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Coordination and planning of team activities, staff and resources to improve capacity, efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitoring and controlling of the department based on fixed (or yet to be drawn) quality and performance indicators
  • Presenting repair-related topics to internal or external customers, auditors, or during trainings, etc.
  • Acting as the first level of escalation for Cluj repair Orders
  • Making sure that Cluj Repair Service Centers are fully functional in terms of tooling, equipment, procedures, trainings, and safety requirements
  • Evaluating customer request and perform the Repair order scheduling in balance with the agreed lead time, and team workload
  • Ensuring that the documents received from customer are correct and complete in coordination with the cleaning company and the customer
  • Proper registration and handling of repair orders in Oracle Depot Repair and RMA database
  • First point of contact for Sales and Service representatives in EPM country organizations and Customer support teams in regarding order scheduling, delays and updates
  • Reviewing all lead time improvement requests received from the customer contact teams and escalate when necessary

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • University degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of successful supervision experience with significant exposure to manufacturing or customer service processes.
  • Proficient in English language (verbal and written)
  • PC skills: MS Office, Oracle

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • 1+ year experience in an order entry/ customer contact position preferred or similar;
