Emerson has an appealing role for you in Cluj-Napoca, Romania – Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be part of the Customer Service team in which you will be responsible for the CIS countries  and our e-commerce partner Amazon. Being the point of contact for external customers and internal departments , you will answer all incoming calls and you will place orders in the ERP system (JD Edwards). Also, you will advise our customers on the product range and open orders via telephone and e-mail. In addition, you will give administrative support to our sales force in Kazakhstan and Ukraine. You will report to the local Team Leader. We look forward to seeing your application!

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

 

  • As a part of the European Customer Service team in which you will be responsible for the CIS countries (mainly Kazakhstan), Ukraine and our e-commerce partner Amazon 
  • Answer all incoming calls and place orders in the ERP system (JD Edwards). Use your deep understanding of category management of castings, machining, and electronics. 
  • Be the first point of contact for external customers and internal departments and deliver a fast and reliable communication and order follow-up.
  • Support our customers regarding the product range and open orders via telephone and e-mail.
  • Support the Sales Office for all questions and direct them to appropriate contacts in other departments if needed.

For This Role, You Will Need:

 

  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in a commercial, customer oriented and international Customer Service environment
  • Fluent in Romanian and English 
  • Initiative taker, great teammate and multi tasker
  • Familiar in working with other cultures.

 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

 

  • Accurate, strong organising skills and good mastering of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point). 
  • Knowledge of the „order-to-cash” process – preferably with ERP experience (JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP); Category experience with electronics is preferred. 
  • Technical interest would be an advantage but is not required.
  • Russian language knowledge (or other languages) is an asset.
