Data Operations Program Lead

As the Data Operations Program Lead you will be responsible for the delivery of programs of data operations by collaborating/coordinating with the development teams and functional leaders. This includes spearheading the development of productivity tools and data reporting for Systems and Software regarding Sales, Sales Support, Operations, and European Support Functions. 
Additionally, you will facilitate the adoption of new tools and technologies by collaborating with functional leadership. Furthermore, you will champion data quality and consistency across all programs, developing tools and processes to streamline data integration and workflow transformation. You will also proactively identify areas for improvement, recommend changes, and leverage data mining tools to improve productivity.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Collaborate with partners to design and build dashboards, reports, and automation enhancements. 
• Create and implement data standards, and security, ensuring quality, accessibility, and compliance.
• Use data flagging and adopt new technologies to enhance/sustain solutions.
• Lead testing, implementation, and user adoption of data flow solutions.
• Cultivate change management and integration with business initiatives.
• Share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in cross-unit projects.
• Coordinate improvement plans, develop important metrics for European SYSS and drive data quality throughout all Emerson Systems.
• Work with other teams to ensure program alignment across the organization. 
• Enforce company procedures and complete assigned tasks.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or IT-related fields required. 
• Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience with at least 2 years experience in working with analytics, application development, SharePoint, and other technologies. 
• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience in inspiring change, partner management, and program management is preferred.
• Experience with working with breakthroughs, project management methodologies, and IT development tracking.
