 In this position you will be responsible for evaluating existing processes and configuring manufacturing systems to improve safety, reduce cost, increase production velocity, and develop best practices within the production process. This is a key technical role responsible for the implementation and stabilization of all manufacturing processes.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Develop safe manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; interfacing with equipment suppliers;
• Develop manufacturing processes to meet product requirements and tests manufacturing methods while developing training and evaluation guideline for assembly technicians to increase production capability and efficiency;
• Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information;
• Work with QA, Materials, and Design Engineering to disposition discrepant parts and assemblies, assign causes and initiate corrective actions;
• Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting special service when required;

For This Role, You Will Need:

• University degree in Electromechanics, Mechanics or Electrics;
• 2-5 years of experience in a production, engineering or process management field;
• Experience in different technical fields (electrical and mechanical);
• Proficient in English language (spoken and written);
• Knowledge of MS Office package;

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience in implementing and supporting Lean Manufacturing practices and using calibration equipment;
• Productive and open minded; problem solving skills;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
