We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with German, based in our office within Cluj-Napoca, Cluj, to guarantee a positive customer experience and ensure quick and reliable processing of customer orders, from booking to invoicing.

Using the expertise you will develop with our training and mentorship, you will ensure quick and knowledgeable responses to assist customers at any stage of their order, as well as on pro-actively solving any problems that might appear. You will be part of a multinational team, working closely with colleagues both in Romania and in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Prepare and process the customer orders daily, provide support and work closely with internal departments to clarify additional information when needed;
  • Provide a daily follow up of the order book and takes actions in order to anticipate issues / satisfy the request of the customer (within the companies’ dedication). This can involve chase planning, Warehouse or any other department involved;
  • Ensure communication with their management line is clear and focused, with Customer always represented fairly and accurately;
  • Advise customers about potential delays or issues related to the order;
  • Generate leads for sales force through active listening and probing for customer requirements and opportunities. Offer additional products to customer when/if possible;

Who You Are:

You build the customer relationships while creating an effective collaborative style. You evaluate feedback and make necessary adjustments. You act with a clear sense of ownership and balance planning with actions. You adjust communication to fit the audience and the message.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Completed bachelor's studies;
  • English and German – advanced level (B2 or above); 
  • Previous experience in a similar position (at least 1 year);
  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Good PC skills: MS Office Package (especially Excel) and MS Outlook;

Preferred qualifications to set you appart:

  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system is a plus;
