Demand Planning and e-Kanban Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Demand Planning and e-Kanban Analyst to join our team!

Your main responsibilities will be forecast collection, consolidation, analysis, and adjustments within the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, and you will also manage our current e-Kanban customer portfolio.

We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.

This is a limited position for 24 months.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 

Demand Planning / S&OP:
•    Coordinates the Customer Forecast process (internally & externally): collection from providers, data input/upload, provides consolidated overview to CSO’s, Plants & S&OP Leaders.
•    Prepares the reports/presentations needed for the monthly S&OP meetings (CSO's feed-back meeting, S&OP meeting) and participates actively to them.
•    Applies the demand adjustments in a timely and accurate manner. Proactively selects the key information related to Sales and Forecast and brings relevant arguments to make the S&OP decision (Forecast Adjustments).
•    Ensures Sales and Forecast data accuracy and consistency; develops most efficient monitoring tools in close collaboration with IT admin and S&OP Manager (focus on automatization).

e-Kanban:
•    Supervises how the e-kanban sales evolve vs the targeted plan. Identifies any future opportunities/risks and the corresponding actions that can be taken to support/avoid or minimize them.
•    Monitors e-kanban deliveries, identifying the late shipments and the root cause of them and taking corrective actions together with the other involved departments.
•    Coordinates e-Kanban Customer Implementations when business requires.
•    Run daily reports and back-office tasks related to e-Kanban customers (release/mark cards for deletion, add spike cards, print labels, check the integration for failed consumption/receipt, run old in transit/ process report, update the e-Kanban calculations based on forecast).
•    Manages products switches through e-kanban.
•    Gives e-Kanban/Ultriva training/presentation inside/outside the organization.

For This Role You Will Need:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
•    At least 2 years’ work experience in a similar role or in an analytical role.
•    Proficient in spoken and written English.
•    Sophisticated Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
•    Oracle Hyperion knowledge.
•    Experience working cross-functionally in an international organization.
•    Proficient in Italian.
