Global BU Facility Coordinator

The mission of the position is to plan, coordinate, support and drive all BU related facility and energy management activities in order to meet budget and reach the facility and energy targets (e.g. facility & energy efficiency investments, BU specific facility related technical specifications and standards, EKPI and energy efficiency project targets, etc.). Furthermore, initiates and implements action plans for continuous improvement of facility & energy management relevant processes with close cooperation of BU and BA engineering departments.

Job Requirements :

Education / Certification:
- university degree, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering, energy supply or related technical discipline;
Professional Experience:
- 3 or more years of professional experience in various Facility or Maintenance functions
- cross-functional experience e.g. in engineering, quality, purchasing or CBS preferred
Project and/or Process Experience:
- experience in rubber and/or metal and/or plastic production processes;
Leadership Experience:
- experience as project manager or project leading roles in the facility management area is considered as an advantage;
Intercultural/International Experience:
- experience in working with international teams on production topics and understanding of foreign cultures
- proficient in minimum 2 languages, English and local language is mandatory.
