Senior SCCM Administrator

Your profile / required skills:

We are looking for a system engineer with 5+ years of experience in designing, configuring and monitoring System Center Configuration Manager infrastructure in an Enterprise environment. Fully understand the SCCM hierarchy and ability to put in place customer’s complex requirements with the best solutions.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities: 

• Strong experience (at least 5 years) in SCCM 2012 and above
• Strong experience (at least 5 years) in SCCM infrastructure, planning, building, monitoring
• Strong Knowledge in SCCM deployments, software distribution, user/device collections management
• Knowledge in networking (DNS, DHCP, WINS, LAN/WAN)
• Knowledge in Active Directory and group policy
• Experience working in enterprise environments
• Experience in scripting: VBscript, Powershell
• Good experience in Microsoft SQL
• Experience in client monitoring
• Would be a plus knowledge in VMWare/vSphere, HyperV and/or Citrix environment, software packaging tools and technologies (Admin Studio, AppV, MSIX), ITSM 

Your tasks:

• Configuring and administering the Software Distribution Infrastructure (software package distribution, OS deployment and patch management, creating collections)
• Designing and configuring SCCM server (SCCM environment, along with Branch distribution centers)
• Troubleshooting deployments, environment and SCCM infrastructure (remediating issues, error handling, analyzing logs and providing solutions)
• Put in place the best roles and security scope/configurations, patch management process
• Monitoring via SCOM and health checking of Enterprise devices (maintain active devices, creating SCCM reports, creating reporting directly from SCCM database)
• Must be able to offer with ease 3rd tier support
• Provide solutions for new or existing customers/projects, Mobile Device Management
• Provide technical training and step-by-step documentation in-house
