Casino Technician

Front of house, our technicians are integral in supporting all casino areas and work with the team to deliver a high level of guest service. Our technicians diligently monitor and maintain all equipment in table gaming, slots, video arcade and surveillance areas to ensure functionality. Daily, they engage with our players; answer questions about the use of casino cards, machine payouts, promotions and events; and handle guest complaints in an informative and professional manner. They are regularly involved in machinery upgrades and projects of a technical nature to further enhance our casino floors. We rely on them to keep our casinos up and running properly at all times.

Job Requirements: 1+ years of relevant industry experience, Fluency in Conversational English, Great interpersonal and communication skills, Critical thinking and analytical skills, Able to lift, pull and push up to 40 KG.
