Qualifications: University studies – preferable Informatics or Engineering.

General skills:

  • fluent English language, spoken and written;
  • IT Help desk process knowledge;
  • experience with Enterprise software tools like:  IARP, PLM, PMS;
  • nice to have knowledge of installation and configuration of CAD system;
  • basic LINUX knowledge;
  • attention to detail;
  • organizational skills.

Typical works include:   

  • Manage users (create account for new users; deactivate account of dismissed users; manage requested access and permissions);
  • Manage projects (create new projects in systems and provide the team access);
  • Manage repositories (create new git repositories and manage user access and integration in EasyRedMine);
  • Training on the job for new users;
  • Analyze users requests, collect details and act as interface with second level help desk.

Tools: Microsoft Office, EasyRedMine, TeamCenter GIT/GITOLITE, TestLink, Moodle.
