Order to Cash with German

Role

This role is a key one in the communication between international project teams and top management.

• OPUS Team Room Review and Update

• SAP Contract Opening

• Invoicing

• Cash Collection

• Estimate to Complete Preparation

• Project Controlling and Closing

Create Invoices in SAP and manage Email communication with BE Germany Managers:

• Validate information in timesheets and billing documentation (WIP before/after billing, write-off, identify errors) against SAP data.

• Sort out any uncertainties directly with EM.

• Create invoice proposal in SAP and send to SAP approval workflow.

• Send invoice to the customer. Possible handling of upload to supplier tools (ex. Ariba)

• Monitor emails and communicate with EMs over a mailbox.

• Respond to billing questions from EMs.

Contract Management

• Check contract-related documentation against the checklist to establish its correctness.

• Liaise with connected departments to solve possible unclarities and issues.

• Create a contract in SAP.

Profile

• University graduate and economic background

• Previous experience in Order to Cash or other Finance Operations process

• German and English mandatory

• Good MS Office, especially Excel

• Team player, flexible and communicative
