Development Engineer / Function Owner Interaction Technologies (m/w/d)

WHAT TO EXPECT

• You will be immersed in the automotive industry, steering the development of display technologies.
• Expect tasks such as coordinating from concept to production, creating requirements specifications, and managing suppliers.

Ideal candidate 

YOUR PROFILE

• A degree in electrical engineering, physics, mechatronics, computer science or comparable qualification
• Expertise in interaction technologies is desirable.
• Experience with the development of optoelectronic components and systems in the automotive industry 
• Fluent in business English, German language skills are an advantage.
• A structured and proactive way of working
• Confident demeanor with a high willingness to learn.
• Communicative and assertive

YOUR TASKS

• Coordination and steering of display development regarding interaction technologies from concept phase until start of production (SOP)
• Clarification of the engineering scope and creation of the requirements specification documents
• Supplier management during quotation phase and series development phase
• Monitoring and control of the requirements and corresponding implementation by the supplier (maturity levels)
• Reporting within the development environment and coordination with all interface partners
• Creation of test concepts and test cases
