Cyber Security Engineer (m/f/d)

Ideal candidate 

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies in the field of computer science, cybersecurity or a similar field. 
• Proven professional experience as a cybersecurity engineer. 
• Sound knowledge of network security, encryption technologies and firewalls, pentests (e.g. OWASP Top 10). 
• Experience applying security standards and protocols. 
• Programming experience in relevant languages (e.g. Python, Java, C++) is an advantage. 
• Analytical skills to identify vulnerabilities and develop appropriate countermeasures. 
• Cybersecurity certifications (e.g. CISSP, CEH) are desirable. 
• Good communication skills (in English, German is a plus) to convey complex security concepts in an understandable manner.

YOUR TASKS

• Conception and implementation of security architectures. 
• Integration of security solutions into existing systems. 
• Maintenance and care of security systems (updating, monitoring, fixing gaps). 
• Carrying out security tests (penetration tests, vulnerability scans, audits). 
• Monitoring networks and systems for security threats. 
• Rapid response to security incidents (investigation, action). 
• Employee training to raise awareness of security practices. 
• Develop training materials and resources.
