Problem Management and Pre-Analysis Engineer (m/f/d)

Ideal candidate 

YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, automotive engineering or a comparable course of study
• Work experience or involvement in the above-mentioned field during your studies (e.g., Formula student, internships)
• Experience in dealing with fault management systems such as ALM, Octane or JIRA desirable
• Initial experience in the field of function and/or software development
• Knowledge or interest in ADAS or autonomous driving function development, testing or validation
• Knowledge or interest in handling automotive electronics and bus systems (e.g. CAN, FR, Ethernet) is considered a plus
• Initial experience in working with Vector tools (CANape, CANoe) is considered a plus
• High problem-solving competence as well as very good analytical and conceptual skills
• Efficient and flexible way of working and high level of initiative

YOUR TASKS

• As a problem manager you are responsible for the control of problem cases of map data and map production for ADAS functions
• You like to solve technically complex problems on the SW and data side.
• You control and monitor the implementation of error solutions with regard to progress, performance and milestones
• Analyses (white and black box) in the field of software and function development Autonomous driving connected to map data.
• Analysis of error messages (defects) based on bus traces and error memory entries.
• You work with error management systems for documentation and exchange with the development teams
• You coordinate and monitor external development partners and suppliers
• In cooperation with the test team, you check the successful implementation of the solutions in the vehicle and at test stations, among others
