Required skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Previous experience in Functional/Customer Support area
• Fluent in English, French could be a plus
• Experience in working with large data sets
• Customer oriented mindset
• Basic IT knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Able to respect deadlines
• Detail oriented problem-solver

Nice to have:

• Aircraft knowledge
• Basic knowledge of SAP/Salesforce tools
• TechRequest/ServiceNow tools
• Experience in working with KPIs

Your main responsibilities:

• Answer to users’ technical requests in a timely manner
• Analyze information from different databases / tools
• Interpreting queries
• Generating KPIs and different charts
• Providing customer support in the use of various applications
• Gathering feedback from customers and registering them in databases
• Bringing improvements to applications
