What are we looking for?


We are looking for a motivated SAP Specialist who has knowledge in MM/HR modules. Take this challenge & be part of our dynamic ALTEN team!


We have two open positions :


  • HR SAP Consultant
  • MM SAP Consultant


What should you have?


Soft skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, result driven and solution oriented
  • A good capacity of adaptation and synthesis
  • An excellent coordination and organizational skills
  • Strong customer orientation


Technical skills:


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience on a similar role in HR/Payroll or in Sales/Purchasing department
  • Confirmed knowledge in SAP HR or MM/SD modules
  • Confirmed knowledge of integration with other modules (Finance/Controlling, PS, Sales etc.)
  • Deep knowledge of HRIS tools or Sales & Purchasing processes



Some of your responsibilities:



As an HR SAP Consultant:


  • Work in close cooperation with our Payroll Business counterparts
  • Update the documentation
  • Ensure transversal role between modules relating to HRIS
  • Handle user requests via MySupport and Bugzilla tools
  • Offer Functional Operation support and maintenance (Expenses, Time recording)


As a MM SAP Consultant:


  • Maintenance of Sales and purchasing core solution (SAP MM & SD) & specific developments
  • Change Request implementation (specification / documentation, Customizing, Acceptance)
  • Create documentations concerning the MM system components
  • Analyze and correction of errors in the MM modules, 2nd level support
