What are we looking for?


We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Relationship Manager to join the ALTEN team!

As a CRM Solution Manager, you are the main point of contact and responsible of the CRM Tool (Customer Relationship Management) and you’ll manage all relations with all users (and their hierarchy), corporate stakeholders, IS&T, Business Partners, and all providers (internal and external).



Your key responsibilities:


  • Solutions budgets (subscriptions, personnel costs, infrastructure costs, etc.) and planning follow-up
  • Present quarterly feedbacks about your solutions in steering committees
  • Follow-up on software providers
  • Manage all tasks related to incidents/ demands and coordinate all action plans related to stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Ensure the application is properly supervised by providers (internal and external)
  • Contractual follow-up with all providers (contract lifecycle management, subscriptions provisioning, etc.)
  • Study/ suggest improvements about the solutions in your scope (functional or technical enhancements)
  • Manage the life cycle of all incidents and demands through existing processes and tools: ServiceNow, SharePoint, Communication tools, IS&T methodology
  • Ensure users satisfaction
  • Provide KPIs to your hierarchy and Busines Partners


What should you have:

Technical skills:


  • Engineering school or Master’s degree in computer science
  • Minimum 3 years’ of experience
  • Good knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions
  • Knowledge of information systems integration (data flows, workflow, etc.)
  • Understand fundamentals of Databases, ability to script queries (SQL)
  • Ability to understand Enterprise Architecture fundamentals
  • French and English: C1 level
  • Knowledge of System engineering fundamentals
  • Skills in writing technical procedures
