Global Supplier Performance Business Partner

For our Global Procurement Center based in Cluj-Napoca

we are looking for a Global Supplier Performance Business Partner

Your Role: 

You will support the execution of the key pillars of the Global Supplier Performance organization (GSP), such as Governance and Reporting, KPI creation or development, follow-up, supplier performance monitoring, support the Global Supplier Excellence Central Team, drive execution of strategic initiatives, and deploy data quality strategies.

Potential activities for this position include administration of standard and ad-hoc reporting, training and the creation of dashboards. 

Your Challenges and responsibilities: 

• Support the development of the tools for all activities linked to Supplier Performance
• Organize and manage the calendar for reporting activities of the team
• Structure and animate the folders collecting all information relatively to the team
• Prepare and consolidate the monthly pack for Top Offenders and Supplier Performance
• Animate the global Supplier Performance Planning and align between Region, Domain, Product Line
• Contribute to the preparation and animation of the team workshop
• Contribute to Communication kit

Qualifications: 

• Degree level qualification
• Good knowledge of procurement and supply chain management processes or operational experience (request for quotation, purchase order creation, expediting, material management) or buyer experience would be a plus
• 1-3 years’ experience in a relevant position
• Solid level in Microsoft Office Applications (Advanced MS EXCEL skills), SharePoint and ERPs
• Data visualisation tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau)
• Fluency in English and French would be an advantage
• Independent Judgment, initiative, and autonomy
