Could you be the full-time Procurement Regional Business Process Expert in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to the Site Director, and work alongside passionate, dedicated and hard-working teammates

 

You’ll be responsible of understanding the Procurement and Supply Chain processes and company specific procedures and ensures that the SAP systems works in accordance with these processes and procedures.

 

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Serve as first line of support for users’ questions - the process expert should be able to address 80% of user questions
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of how the system works and why
  • Work to understand and resolve system errors
  • Understand limitations of the system and assist business users in developing procedures to meet reporting requirements
  • Develop training materials and train, as necessary.
  • Service provider for implementation, integration, and consulting of SAP Application.
  • Responsibility for requirement gathering, gap analysis, testing, user training conducting, application documentation and interface to end customers

  • English - excellent written and oral communication skills, French - nice to have;
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills;
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
