Work Package Controller

Your role:

• Exercises business partnership by supporting decision making through adding value to the business by proactive delivery of information and knowledge;
• Acts as business partner towards Local Controlling and operations;
• Drive and support the cluster operation challenges (Projects/Audit/Ad-hoc);
• Act as SPOC for technical inquires.

List of activities:

• Reporting site;
• Reporting projects;
• Invoicing/Recharge;
• Support for forecast/budget;
• Contracts cost structure creation and maintenance;
• Cost control monthly analysis: Materials, ODC, DL, AE;
• Accruals;
• Cost adjustments/reclassifications;
• Workflow approvals;
• MEC activities.

Would love you to have:

• Education: Finance degree or any other relevant discipline (finance related);
• Competency: Microsoft Office and ERP systems, and SAP/BW;
• Good understanding of Finance/ Controlling processes and tools;
• English: fluent.
