Job description 

• Direct customer service of all orders and inquiries from customers

• Answer the customer orders via telephone, email and fax

• Up selling on the phone in case of order by phone

• Processing of all tickets in the customer service-ticket system

• Coordination of all internal jobs with customer problems (logistics, goods management, IT, etc.) to the satisfaction of customers

• Recording of customer feedback and suggestions for improvement and derivation of measures

• Derive measures from monthly reports concerning customer service
