  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Fluency in a second language (Italian/French/Spanish);

A new project, in collaboration with a prestigious partner, has arisen for you as
Telephone consultant - Customer Care in our company AlmavivA Services.
Currently we are seeking to recruit English speaking candidates with excellent command of spoken and written English (C1) to join our Customer Experience center in Iasi.
We want to specify that the time program will be from Monday to Sunday; 24/07;
You’ll be part of a dynamic, creative and supportive team (GEX Team), working together in our quest for client satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering incoming calls & emails from customers, supporting them from booking enquiry through to check-out;
  • Completing customer verification and vetting of bookings;
  • Achieving productivity KPIs whilst maintaining excellent quality;
  • Diagnosing issues smartly and quickly, providing the best resolution for our customers;
