Accounts Payable with French

Description:

• Processes invoices
• Communicates with budget holders in order to obtain the approval for the invoicing process
• Deals with statements, reminders, final demands
• Provides remittances by request
• Deals with queries regarding overheads expenses
• Maintains a good relationship with the vendors by email, phone, fax
• Ensures all records are accurate
• Reaches targets and deadlines given by the team leader

Requirements:

• Very good language skills in French
• Very good MS Office skills
• Very good analytical and numerical skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Professional approach to work and strong customer focus
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Good organizational skills and business understanding
