Python Developer for Machine Learning projects

Enablon is expanding its R&D development team in Romania!

To support the stronger demand for our data-driven solutions and as part of our strategy to expand, we are currently looking for a Python Developer to be ideally based in Cluj-Napoca / Home Office or Remote possibility.

As a Python Developer for Machine Learning projects at Enablon R&D, you will have an exciting opportunity to contribute to our core data management project and building innovative solutions leveraging machine learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will partner with Data Scientists to design, develop and maintain stable data and machine learning code relevant for each business case

• You will collaborate with other software developers, QA engineers, product owners and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain business applications

• You will assist in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements, estimate and work plans

Key Requirements:

• You have a Bachelor of Computer Engineering, with multiple development experience, or a first professional experience within a data engineering & science department

• Around 4 - 6 years of experience as Software Developer

• You have experience in OOP programming

• You have experience with good practice standars and code-production standards (usage of linters, unit/integration tests, etc.)

• You are familiar with Rest APIs and relevant knowledge in Python (experience with either Flask or FastAPI)

• You are familiar with the „toolkit” pertained to the data science (NumPy, Pandas, Dask etc.)

• Experience with big data processing technologies is a plus

• A bonus would be experience with asynchronous programming
