Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our development teams as Software Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, technology being Java EE / Maven / Teamcity.
Responsibilities
- Develop on and maintain a complex CI/CD pipeline along with integration testing frameworks
- Develop and maintain automated tests
- Monitor testing line status on a daily basis, inform developers, and follow up to make sure lines stay green
- Monitor code coverage status and evolution, as well as code quality and security issues
- Coordinate with PO/TO and other functions within team to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Being able to do some basic test troubleshooting to identify failure causes
- Participating in making sure product releases are conform to policy quality/security wise.
- Contributing to end to end testing of integrated solutions
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
Requirements
- Strong experience working with build management/CI tools like Teamcity
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- 1+ years of QA experience
- Knowledge about static and dynamic code analysis using tools like SonarQube or likewise
- Good notions of object orientation programming, JavaEE preferred
- Experience with Maven
- Experience with JUnit
- Experience with Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server, at ease with querying the database
- Experience in working in an Agile environment (SCRUM)
- Team player with good communication skills (written and oral)
