Customer Support Engineer (m/f/d)

  • Location Sibiu, hybrid work possible
  • Full-time

You always strive to exceed expectations of customers by providing empathetic, patient, yet efficient support? You want to go beyond software guidance and help customers achieve their business goals? Then take up this great opportunity to learn and grow while delivering first level support to a very dynamic user community. 

Your tasks:

  • As the main pillar of our support, you are the central contact person for all product-specific questions from our user community.
  • You are also the first point of contact for the 2nd level support teams to coordinate user communication.
  • You provide initial remote technical support for incidents and service requests, assess their priority and provide timely solutions/updates.
  • You track service requests and troubleshoot & resolve issues during installation/implementation and live operations.
  • You document known solutions for internal and public documentation.
  • You proactively resolve secondary issues discovered during the investigation of a reported case and ensure case tickets are logged appropriately.


 Your skills:

  • You are creative and self-dependent when it comes to troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • You have basic IT software and hardware knowledge and are interested in in the field of industrial automation.
  • Thanks to your high customer orientation, good service is always at the center of your attention.
  • You have excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • You will fit in well with us if you are a good team player and have a permanent desire for improving.
