Senior AWS Data Engineer

Tasks 

• You will design, build, implement and deliver scalable AWS Cloud solutions 
• You will collaborate with both business and IT partners from the automotive industry and beyond, to efficiently translate business needs to technical specifications 
• You will engage in client-facing projects to design, execute and implement backend data solution, using on-premise (Oracle DB and PostgreSQL) and AWS Cloud (AWS RDS PostgreSQL) platforms, in a stand-alone or hybrid way 
• You will be a trusted advisor for our growing team contributing to the development strategy and project leadership 
• You will mentor less senior colleagues and act as a subject matter expert 

Qualifications 

• Data Engineering experience, ETL processing and data pipelines 
• Experience with PySpark, familiarity with PostgreSQL 
• Experience with AWS Database Services, with focus on AWS RDS PostgreSQL 
• Experience as Oracle DB Database Administrator (DBA), extensive knowledge of SQL Development 
• Experience in working and collaborating using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) 
• Display of proactive involvement and capacity to take full ownership of responsibilities 
• Good communication skills are expected
