Coordinate clarification and agree on stakeholder requests;
Evaluate and prioritize the stakeholder requirements. Effort planning, tracking, reporting;
Coordinate and aggregate the analysis results to get the overall status for the stakeholders;
Establish and maintain requirements release planning (in cooperation with the STPL);
Elaborate requirements work package planning (in cooperation with the STPL);
Support elaboration of attributes and views for the requirements management database;
Support the definition of acceptance criteria at their level of responsibility;
Support elaboration of RE verification criteria;
Define KPI and generate key metrics for status and quality reports;
Ensure bidirectional requirements traceability;
Ensure a complete and released set of requirements for the product/platform at every stage (release);
Ensure setup of change- and configuration management (versioning) of requirements;
Involve all ST-relevant parties (AR/STT/S&P/FSM/FMEA) and Sub Systems (EE/ME/SW);
Setup / Maintain the RM process documents (e.g. requirements management);
Initiate a process-compliant traceability strategy at every level for disciplines involved in coordination with the traceability strategy of architecture, design and test;
Initiate the project-specific approach in the RM tool including any process compliant tailoring;
Ensure ASPICE compliance (for the project-relevant level);
Ensure reuse strategy of generic requirements.
Technical degree (Electrical eng., mechatronics, computer science or similar);
Several years of professional experience in automotive environment;
Several years of experience in requirements engineering;
Knowledge in automotive SPICE;
Basic knowledge in agile and classic Project Management processes and methods (e.g. effort estimation);
IREB CPRE Requirements Management, Advanced Level is desirable;
Customer and quality orientation, structured work with intercultural skills;
Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with complex areas of application;
Systematic approach and capability of abstraction and simplification;
Recognition of dependencies, weaknesses and risks;
Understanding of boundary conditions and fields of application of systems;
Communicate with all parties involved in project R&D as well as members of the project core team and customers;
Skills in conflict management, decision making and moderation.
