What is Global Graduate Program?

• The goal: to develop the right skills to kick start your Logistics career, to gain work experience in a foreign country and to challenge you to sharpen your interests;
• The structure: For 18 months you will travel to different 3 Vitesco Technologies locations worldwide, the first stopping point being in Brasov;
• Who is dedicated for: students (Bachelor/Master) that are graduating during the summer of 2023, or for candidates with no more than 2 years of experience, that are looking for an entry position in a multi-cultural company;

Then let’s talk about what YOU will do:

• Active participation in the transport and warehousing projects fostering digitalization and automation by the active use of innovative solutions such as Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), warehouse automation technologies or scanning and camera technologies;
• Deep insight in state-of-the-art technical solutions as well as global market trends of transport and warehousing;
• Detect process and technical possibilities to improve the current material flows at our factories with innovative solutions;
• Cross-functional project work with internal (e.g., factories, industrial engineering, IT) as well as external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers);
• Help build up a supportive culture of cooperation and team work;
• Ensure compliance to the Business Unit's processes.

What we are looking for?

Mandatory requirements:

• Master/Bachelor in Engineering/Industrial Engineering or comparable engineering fields – final year of studies, graduating in Summer 2023;
• Practical experience through Internships or Summer Practice;
• Previous experience in studying, internship or living abroad – eg. Erasmus+ and/or Work&Travel;
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken);
• Communication, teamwork & networking skills;
• Practical experience in projects and problem solving process;
• Independent and goal oriented;
• Experience in material flow optimization;
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office 365 Package, incl. Excel, Powerpoint etc.

Additional Requirements (considered to be an advantage):

• Electric machine control knowledge and experience;
• PowerBI knowledge;
• Basic knowledge about SM process in automotive;
• German Language Skills;
• Entrepreneurship thinking;
• Out-off the box thinking;
