Quality Process Engineer

Our Quality Department in Brasov is looking for a new colleague to support the the team!

What you will do as a Quality - Process Engineer:

• Support in the creation of quality plan documents, pro-active input into product and process design (according to Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
• Component introduction process and release: contributing quality aspects of the manufacturing approval (e.g. Control Plan, sample plan, test definition)
• Ensure that all items of the APQP are maintained up to date and used on the production lines
• Authority to block the parts from production area
• Authority to stop the production line in case of nonconformity founded
• Monitor the quarantine area and follow-up the parts flow
• Monitor and analyze the reports from Product Quality Containment
• Access to all customer related documents, including:  product drawings and specifications, customer manual, the existing commercial contract, warranty specifications
• In case of serial life changes, be responsible to plan the quality activities, mainly PPAP and Control Plan and ensure customer communication
• Perform training for production line operators on: PQC, updated instructions (quality point of view, quality criteria etc)
• Perform/ support the internal quality trainings, customer requirements presentations

What will you need to succeed:

• University degree (e.g. Mechanics, Electronics)
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• 2+ years previous experience in multinational companies
• Advanced English language skills
• Advanced MS Office Package knowledge
