Tehnician Facility

Departamentul de Facility este în căutarea unui nou coleg care să se alăture echipei!

Responsabilități:

• Planificarea și efectuarea întreținerii preventive pentru a asigura buna funcționare a infrastructurii clădirilor;
• Efectuează lucrări de depanare, inspecție și reparație, atunci când este cazul;
• Instruirea și supravegherea activității de întreținere efectuate de parteneri/contractori externi;
• Menține legătura cu departamentele interne și furnizorii de servicii;
• Controlul echipamentelor, sculelor si utilajelor de întreținere;
• Urmărește costurile de întreținere și propune acțiuni și măsuri de îmbunătățire pentru activitatea de întreținere;

Cerințele postului:

• Studii medii absolvite;
• Abilități generale de intreținere a clădirilor și a infrastructurii: HVAC, electrice, sanitare, de prevenire a incendiilor;
• Bune abilități de comunicare, persoana structurată, cu reacție rapidă și responsabilă;
• Constituie un plus: Autorizație electrician, ISCIR, stivuitorist, sisteme de protecție împotriva incendiilor și/sau gaze pentru proiectare/instalare/montaj, competențe MS Office;
• Carnet de conducere: tip B.
