As a Team Leader of the QMS team, you will:
▪ Coordinate the planning and implementation of plant quality procedures.
▪ Coordinate the planning, organizing of the internal audits (layered, product, process, system, ergonomic, customer complaint)
▪ External audits preparation (certification and surveillance for ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949).
▪ Represent the organization in front of certification body.
▪ Perform audits, part of audit team.
▪ Prepare data for management review meeting.
▪ Drive the continuous improvement of quality management system.
▪ Provide coaching to other Quality System Specialists
▪ Act as mentor for the integration period of new colleagues: support the definition of Training Integration Plan, goals for integration and offer further support for a successful integration
▪ Provide training to the team colleagues on topics defined together with the Department Manager
▪ Perform trainings for other departments according to quality requirements / standards/ introduction day.
▪ Promote the quality mindset in the organization. Consultancy regarding internal and external standards.
What will you need to succeed:
• University degree (e.g. Mechanics, Electronics, Quality Management)
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a multinational company
• 2+ years previous experience in leading teams
• Advanced English language skills
• Advanced MS Office Package knowledge
