Main mission: to ensure succesful implementation of changes in the plant after G90. Succesful implementation means to reach the change project targets regarding product and process quality, timing and financials.
planning, leading and managing project teams (D3&D5 Projects) to realize the objectives and to implement the core team decisions in affected plants;
Responsible for succesful execution of all tasks necessary to achive the agreed functionality, quality, change project schedule and commercial objectives
Plan and conduct project meetings and risk assesments
Align with the customer (in strong interaction with Sales, R&D and NPL) further steps and measures
Receives customer requests (project related) and distribute/communicate it to the responsible departments in the organisation
Responsible for planning, execution and documentation of Gate Release according to project plan and conduct project meetings, gate release meetings and review meetings to report to management, together with the functional managers, according to PLC (incl. Reviews)
Responsible to present the change project status to the project team and to the customer regularly
Besides the day to day communication, responsible to assure a continuous and regular information exchange by planning regular review meetings (project kick offs, project team meetings)
Informs functional departments about the needed contribution from their side
Represent the project in the organization and in front of the customer
Required experience and skills:
University degree in Engineering (it's a plus but not a must)
English is a must; German is a plus
Automotive experience 3+ years (preferably in similar position)
Experience in Leading teams
Team player; supportive; able to understand quickly "the big picture"
Good organizer and planner;
Able to adapt and react to different situations (pleasant and unpleasant)
Takes the lead and initiative; able to get the things done.
Able to act as a Partner and a Pioneer with Passion
